As part of City Fusion and in association with the British Council programme ‘OPENCities’, St. Patrick’s Festival has developed a documenting programme involving community groups based in Dublin who are taking part in the 2010 City Fusion Pageant.
Through the use of photography, participants will record each other’s experiences and provide a unique insight into the lives of these various groups.
No better way to experience City Fusion than through the eyes of one nationality documenting another. All these exchanges, nationalities and cultures in the city of Dublin will come alive for you with Foto Fusion 2010. The photographs will be presented in an exhibition later this year, details to be published in due course. We hope to see you there!
OPENCities is a British Council project funded by URBACT and led by Belfast City Council in collaboration with a network of European cities. The other European partner cities are Bilbao, Bucharest, Cardiff, Dublin, Dusseldorf, Nitra, Poznan, Sofia and Vienna.
