This St. Patrick’s weekend in London, there are so many events to chose from:
The world-famous production Riverdance is to headline the Mayor of London’s St. Patrick’s Day festivities with an unmissable milestone performance, six months ahead of their 20th Anniversary tour. It is an exciting opportunity for the public to see the cast step-tap their way in the phenomenally successful dance show for free.
The London Irish Comedy Festival Marquee will host an afternoon of craic and laughter from some of Ireland’s first-rate established and emerging comedians. These include Aisling Bea, winner of The Gilded Balloon’s So You Think You’re Funny award at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe in 2012, and Jarlath Regan, one of the most prolific Irish stand-up comedians of the past 10 years.
Kerrygold is bringing the flavours of Ireland to the festival with an Irish Food Market featuring a wide selection of exceptional fare from Burren Smokehouse salmon and Clonakilty Black Pudding, to Broderick’s Cakes and Irish farmhouse cheeses.
Time: Parade starts midday – Hyde Park Corner, Piccadilly, Haymarket, Trafalgar Square, Whitehall
