Creative Connexions Festival: Presenting Irish and Catalan culture.
A showcase of Irish and Catalan writers, poets, artists, musicians, composers and performers through exhibitions, readings, lectures, workshops and performances will take place in Sitges, Barcelona and in Dún Laoghaire, Dublin in May.
Among the featured artists are: Theo Dorgan, poet; Paula Meehan, poet; Gerry O’Connor, fiddle; Desi Wilkinson, flute and vocals; Kenneth Edge, saxophone; and Benjamin Dwyer, guitar and composer.
