- Greening the City
Greening the City: 14th -18th March
2013 sees the return of ‘Greening the City’, an initiative that runs as part of the St. Patrick’s Festival. This year we want your business, building or entertainment venue to help us make it the biggest and best ever.
Greening the City started back in 2011 and has been a huge success since then with both Irish and international buildings taking part and turning green. This year we want to encourage as many people as possible to get involved!
Irish buildings that have gone green in the past include the GPO, Trinity College, The Mansion House, The Shelbourne Hotel and Christchurch Cathedral, and across the globe, landmarks such as the London Eye, the Sydney Opera House, Table Mountain and the Empire State Building have also taken part!
For some buildings it is easier to go green than others, but mostly it is relatively easy and low cost to achieve and looks absolutely magnificent.
If you are interested in taking part in ‘Greening the City’ 2013, don’t hesitate to get in contact with the Hospitality team by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling +353 1 676 32 05 for more information.Back to entries
